Pioneer Investments looks back on to almost 8 decades of experience in fund management. Also, local Pioneer Investments Austria’s roots reach back 50 years. Back in 1956, Creditanstalt founded Austria’s first investment company named „Österreichische Investment Gesellschaft” (ÖIG). In June 1998, ÖIG was merged with Bank Austria’s investment company, bringing forth Pioneer Investments Austria in 2006.
